At Kreative Palace, we take pride in delivering high-quality, customized design services tailored to each client’s unique needs. Due to the personalized nature of these projects, we have established the following refund and cancellation policy:
Cancellation Before Work Commences
Clients may request a cancellation prior to the start of any design work. In such cases, a full refund will be issued, excluding any payment processing fees incurred through the payment gateway (e.g., all credit cards or PayPal).
To be eligible, cancellations must be requested before any creative or setup work has begun.
After Design Work Has Begun
Once the design process has started including research, initial drafts, or concept development—all sales are considered final.
At this stage, refunds, returns, or exchanges are not available due to the time, resources, and creative effort already invested in your custom project.
Proofing & Revision Process
Prior to final delivery, clients will receive a digital proof of the design. We strongly encourage you to review all elements thoroughly, including:
• Spelling and grammar
• Names, dates, and contact details
• Layout, design elements, and overall accuracy
You may request revisions during this stage, based on the terms of your selected package.
After Final Approval
Once you have approved the final design:
• The order is considered complete and non-refundable
• Kreative Palace is not responsible for any errors or omissions identified after approval
We advise clients to review all files carefully before confirming approval.
