1️⃣ Place Your Order
Choose the logo design package that fits your needs — Starter, Professional, Brand Identity or Built your own package, and provide your project details about your brand, style preferences, and any ideas you already have.

2️⃣ We Begin the Design Process
Based on your input, our creative team gets to work crafting original logo concepts tailored to your brand’s voice, audience, and goals. You’ll receive your first concepts within 3–7 business days, depending on your package.

3️⃣ Review & Revise
Once you receive your initial concepts, you’ll have the chance to share feedback. Revisions are included — from 2 rounds in the Starter Package to unlimited edits in the Professional and Brand Identity packages. We refine the design until you’re fully satisfied.

4️⃣ Approve & Receive Your Final Files
When you’re happy with the final logo, we deliver all your files in high-resolution formats, including versions for print, web, and social media (depending on your package). You own 100% rights to your design.

Before We Start Any Work
If you cancel your order before we begin working on your design, we’ll give you a full refund, minus any payment processing fees (such as credit card or PayPal fees).

After Design Work Has Started
Once we begin working on your design:
• If you cancel during this stage, we’ll refund 50% of the total project cost.
• This is because time and creative work has already been put into your project.
• You will not receive rights to any design drafts or files.

Website Development Phase (After Design Approval)
If your website has moved into development phase (coding, building the site, or setting up the live version):
• No refunds will be given at this stage.
